Activation code for ESO not working !!!!!

Hi i have a buddy who is having issues with his activation code for ESO.
used his beta activation when ESO was in beta so he has had access before, he held out untill now as we both purchased a copy of ESO from a retail store (not the same store but the same chain) mine is all working iv been happily playing, as mine came with the Explorer pack and 30days access, a full 4 disk pack and 2 activation codes for the game and the explorer pack.
His pack was slightly different and said it was the Pre Order pack which gave you 3 days early access which is dumb as ESO has already been released BUT states that after release the code gave you the Explorer pack. his was a code in a case thats it no discs nothing. just to redeem your code online. which he did and it gave him the 3 day early access and no explorer pack and no access to the game?
Im looking for help from a Staff moderator that can sort the issue as this is another way of communication as he has logged more than 1 ticked through suppport and has been waiting now over a day for a phone call or a fixed result.

Worstluck✭✭✭✭✭Have you tried talking to the retailer? Kind of sounds like they sold your friend an early access code, which is different from a retail game code, so he should contact them. For instance, I had an early access code that I entered to get 5 day EA. Bogmat✭Yeah he has there bloody useless lol, i thought if we or he mainly even though bugger all contact has been made, we could get something sorted from ESO side, as it does state it contains the Explorer pack which i guess will make the game fully activated.
But yeah your right an early access code has been given but only one code, if there was another for the activation of the game it should be given also not just one for a 3 day early access. which is all that shows on the billing history in his account, that and his beta access but nothing like mine that shows the explorer pack1 -

✭There are 3 codes. The early access code, the explorer pack code and the activation code. If he only received the early access code then he needs to get in contact with the retailer because ZoS can't do anything about that.
