Not long ago I visited the ZOS website and found a page with the option to send in
“Game Questions, Comments, and Suggestions”. After sending in some ideas I got a reply that reads in part as follows:
“We’re very glad to hear from such a dedicated fan as yourself, and while we appreciate your dedication in trying to improve a game you so clearly love, unfortunately it is our policy not to accept suggestions or unsolicited ideas regarding The Elder Scrolls Online. This is for legal reasons.
That being said, we do allow and welcome feedback and suggestions.
Players should feel free to post on our Facebook page or use the /feedback function at any time in game to let us know what they think“.
I would think that if it is against their policy to accept ideas through their site there wouldn’t be an option that allowed for it. This makes no sense at all.
