Quest Bug: Breaking the Ward

So, I made a dumb mistake and screwed myself with this quest. Hoping to get some help from a ZOS or at least make them aware this can happen...sigh...
Breaking the Ward ties in with Shades of Green. That I was aware of.
What I forgot was, I needed to tell Dinweal what area I was checking out...before I went and cleared the area.
I met up with Indaenir at Dread Vullian and Verrant Morass and cleared both areas. Then realized I haven't checked in with Dinweal. Stupid me told her I'd check Dread Vullian (since I had just cleared that area) and she told me to meet up with Nara (which I had before clearing that area). So, for whatever reason, I thought it would be like any other game where you do part B before part A and the quest giver tells you to talk to x and when you speak with the quest giver again, poof, all done. Nope. Not in ESO
I abandoned Breaking the Ward and now cannot pick it up again. Tried having someone share it with me and that didn't work either. I'm not sure how not doing this quest will effect me, but I would really like some feedback!!!
I did submit a quest bug...days ago...and never heard back. Not even the infamous "personal response" e-mail.
