Wayrest Sewers - Veteran rank not high enough? *BUG*

i formed a decent pt we all were VR2 and according to world dungeons this is a VR2 zone. none of us could go in. tried switching between Normal & VR, we tried Re logging and even disbanding and reforming. After frustration takes over everyone left but a fellow guild member who was kind enough to do a speed run for achievement on normal mode which btw sucked because WE ARE VR AND WE WANT VR DUNGEONS NOT NORMAL MODE WITH NO EXP AND NO DROPS AND NOTHING BUT THE STUPID ACHIEVEMENTS! half of the game progress is ruined by these things come on!

You are locked out of the VR6 dungeons till you get to VR6. The first tier(fungal grotto, spindleclutch, and banished cells) of dungeons are for VR1-5 and the second tier(elden hollow, wayrest sewers, and darkshade caverns) is for VR6-10.

First off, you really need to stop the cap typing, it doesn't help you get any credibility.
Second, before you come to the forums claiming a bug, educate yourself on game mechanics and level requirements for Veteran dungeons.
Third, why would you want to do a run on a Vr7 dungeon that only drop Vr10 gear as a Vr2? maybe you do like your repair bills to be very high.

And just to educate you more, all Vr 1-5 dungeons only drop Vr5 gear, don't waste your time going there until you are at least Vr5 or be expecting a lot of repairs and dead.

Edit: I want to clarify that the dungeon Veteran levels is calculated by your faction and what zone you went first, so if you are AD (for example), after you go to EP, the first dungeon there is Vr1, the next area is Vr2, and so on, once you finish EP and go to DC, they start at Vr6 and so on until Vr10 for the last area.

I'm not your buddy, and were in hell are you reading this? There is no solution because there is no issue?

So get your information correct, because this vague explanation "right under groups/world/Wayrest Sewers Vr2" is nothing to go on, where did you get that from is more of the question here.

And just in case mine are not getting thru you, that's the zone where the dungeons is, not the level of the dungeon on itself, the dungeon is Vr7+ probably more like Vr8.....There is no bug, you are assuming and interpreting the information incorrectly.

in other words a VR10 dungeon in a VR2 zone... perhaps a bit misplaced, well I'm over it. if it's not a Bug it's definitely a problem because i just saw 2 other groups with the same issue. Perhaps the Devs can add "this is a VR10 dungeon" instead of a vague "you're not high enough" 30 minutes wasted because of lack of communication on their part.

In the image posted above the activity type is selected is World. The World activity grouping is for forming a group to quest together and in this case it is for questing together in the Wayrest area, not for running a dungeon.

The selection for the available VR dungeons are in under the selection called Veteran Dungeons. The lvl for one players quests in the area are completely irrelevant to the lvl of the dungeon. While this questing area is VR2 for you (AD faction), it is VR6 for DC faction and lvl 18 for the Ebonheart.

No bug involved.
