Worm cult set bugged?

Worm cult set is bugged and does not provide the cost reduction after death sometimes, if i die( maybe someone else in my group) set not work and need re-equip it.

Confirmed. The Worm Cult Raiment's 5th-piece bonus set is bugged: 8% magicka cost reduction for the whole group is removed the moment someone in the group dies. The user must re-equip a piece of worm cult to re-gain the bonus. This needs a fix, Zenimax!
