Launcher suggestion - safe mode

Hi -
Suggestion - add a launcher option, "Play - Safe Mode". Or Troubleshooting mode, something like that.
- Disable loading all addons.
- Drop to 'safe' graphic options (e.g. disable SLI tweaks etc).
- Don't load usersettings.txt - instead operate with safe defaults.
- Generate a debug log file under Documents -> The Elder Scrolls Online -> debug.log
The debug log file should say, for example, what is happening at loading screens.
This would help users rule out addons, tweaks etc, and give support a log to troubleshoot issues with.
