Quests that give skill points is there a guide or add-on for this?

After going through the entire Aldmeri Dominion and doing most of the quests I would prefer not to do all of them again on an alt. Is there a guide out add-on availavle that lists what quests/chains are needed to just do the quest that give skill points?

✭✭✭✭✭No guide that I know of, but for the most part, the only quests that grant skill points are the main quests for the Harborage and your faction. I don't know that I've seen skill points rewarded from any other quest line.----

I assumed that the OP knew that every group dungeon has a quest for a skill point associated with it, but those are kind of separate from zone quests.
And the larger public dungeons (the ones that really require a group to complete) do award skill points for clearing the "main" boss of that dungeon. So there's one of those per zone, but there's no quest associated with that.----

kimboh✭✭✭✭The addon 'destinations' has recently added quest giver map markers but I'm not sure if it has all of them yet.
