Forums inbox showing 1 while there is none

Dear ESO,

can you fix my inbox. I got an goldspam message from somebody you banned (yeey!). But I can;t see the message, just in history. but it keeps showing I have a new message. When I click it I get to see an empty inbox.

How to fix this?

somebody send me a message so apparently it fixes the count. Did the same for him. problem solved.

tough it would be nice if it woudn't generate a problem when somebody got banned and send you a message.

@esoone‌ - sending you a message. Read it and delete it, and the phantom "1 unread" should disappear.
