Can't connect due to unknown error.

I am not sure what is going on but suddenly this morning i am getting this a lot, I think something might be off with the connection. I can log into my character list without a problem.

But once i try to log into a character, more then half the time i get disconnected. Also the time for help screen to load was pretty long. I know it goes wrong if the spinning snake in the lower left corner stops spinning pretty fast, i will get a disconnect.

Not sure if those are connected but thought might as well mention that. The one or two times i did manage to log in.

I have no problems when i try to log into the american server only the european one is giving me problems.

I'm stucked in loading screen after password from yesterday... never happened... tried everything... deleting addons,run as admin,deleting ZO_file... no way... WTF Zenimax!1

Great i can't log and i guess most can just log in i have no idea what is wrong, as i didn't change anything since i logged out normaly last night. oh i seem to get error 303 now.

Waiting does not change the fact that i still can't log in i have been trying off and on for 4 hours now.

I had this problem once or twice before and I resolved it quite easily.

1) Make sure ESOhead and ESOmarkers are deleted from your addons folder if applicable.

2) Manually Place .Exe on the firewall list.

If the above did not work you can try opening these ports through your router
TCP/UDP PORTS 24100-24131
TCP/UDP PORTS 24500-24507

Obviously make sure you close them when not playing the game.


If these do not work, reinstall.

there is alot of login issues today also there servers randomly kicking people off (EU) server with spam issues....

ok i found out what the problem was so this one can be closed.

ah just to make sure for me it was esohead.lua that had gotten too big, forget to reset it at times silly me.
