so i had a staff with weighted trait:10% attack speed increase
and compared to a normal staff
and recorded the time it took to get off 20 heavy attacks fired at a wall, and i used the time the projectile impacted the wall as time to start/stop recording since that is more constant than if i were to start/stop using animation
anyways the results were never bigger than .3 of a difference, i guess from human error
so is it me or is weighted trait bugged?
