Ever notice that when the forum mods announce a maintenance that they almost always say they'll publish patch notes? Did you also notice that they in fact, don't always publish patch notes despite stating so?
I don't mind that they don't post patch notes every time. Why do they feel the need to say so, yet don't? It makes me assume those announcements are just copied and pasted by the thread creators.
