Force Shock

The spell tip says force shock does fire, lightning, and frost damage. Does that mean it hits 3 times with all 3 types of damage in a single cast or does it only hit once based upon the type of staff equipped? Thanks.

It hits with all three types at once, regardless of staff type.

And you really don't want a skill with random components. You want the snare when you need a snare, and you want the DoT when you need damage.
