The Game Sucks, playing real Elder Scrolls to get the bad taste out my mouth.

So this is my last few weeks of this game, it's terrible quality for the games budget. I do not care about voice actors, I am forced due to my computer to use the lowest possible settings and resolution, The way the game is made the healing role is completely useless in actual solo usage. You have to be primary DPS or Tank to survive while healing. The game also broke all lore credibility for this garbage PvP which is unenjoyable unless you have friends. So if your like me with no friends and don't want to have any friends then your stuck in a gigantic empty plane that consists of groups of people going to objectives to meet up with larger groups of people to DPS non-human things in order to eventually get to all of the human players and defeat them and take over. I get how it could be fun, but it's not and the fact 1v1 PVP to just duel someone who you don't like, isn't in the game is what kills it and throws PvP over the edge.

Waste of 60 Dollars. I should have just bought Morrowind, Oblivion, AND the expansions. But no, I bought this in hopes that the beta, was just that. A beta. But it turned out to be 90% of the full game.... So my plan now is to keep upgrading my horse, and if i Feel like it ill try to play on one of my characters. The game feels like a chore to me at this point. Maybe after I play skyrim on my ps3 this game might be a little more playable so I can at least get my moneys worth of it >_>

Continue to ignore the hate mail guys, I give this mmo an year until it goes underwater.

    Just a couple of things:

Some of the voice actors in this game are the same voice actors from Skyrim. Also, as someone who plays a light armored Templar healer, your assessment of the healing role couldn't be further from the truth. What level are you? What is your skill loadout?

I've canceled my subscription for now too. There is simply nothing there after you beat the main story line which played like a bad single player game where you never had to interact or group with anyone.

The PvP grew stale as did GW2's. I became Emperor as a Nightblade with no cheese build. It's either kill people from stealth on their lines, zerg/aoe spam fight, gank lowbies doing the simple dungeons to grab their skyshard.

Enjoy the single player games OP. It seems that more people are interested in watching Skyrim and every competitor MMO more than ESO, which is shocking considering how "EPIC" it was supposed to be and it's only been a month and half since launch.

Good for you, I tried to be unique and play Heavy Armor Two handed(Tried One handed and shield) and Restro staff Templar healer. Healing isn't a problem, especially when people are killing adds (so I have more dead bodies to heal from for no cost of magic). Restro Staff adds on my healing giving it the extra perk it needs. I can heal, I can fight an Enemy Healer, and keep going off on them and healing my self, they keep healing them selfs and neither of us will die until I die in real life. If you do not come across this problem you are not able to heal an entire team of DPS no tanks, and run them through the entire dungeon.

So maybe I just wanted to play the story? maybe I just wanted to play ELDER SCROLLS?

eh, the only problem with that is, you knew it was not a true TES, it was ESO.
If you wanted to 'play' the story, then you can, the story line does not require you to have friends along for the ride. Only the optional dungeon delves require that. Well, except for the undaunted to knock out those.
As far as guilds ripping you off.. umm, if you were after a bite while playing the story why would you be out to buy it anyway?
Sounds like you jumped in a guild just to get in one, and then ran off at the first chance to buy something.
If you are in a guild, how can you not possibly be making friends in it?
If they are all never there or don't speak, then maybe you are looking in the wrong ones?

    TL;DR

Don't care about friends, just want to play the *** game. People who are nice enough to buy iron ore for 2000g and people who are mmean enuf to leave me in lvl 40 area after taking my gold it doesn't matter. I just want to play the game and be best healer which i Am.

I guess I did. But since reading it back over all I can see is you speaking of what you don't like.
I don't see what would be keeping you from playing the game? You have not pointed out anything about that.
As far as being the best healer you can, again, whats stopping you there?
All I can say as far as a rip off of being robbed for gold, that sux.

So in order to enjoy ESO you need to have friends? Why?

Every single thing is completed alone with the exception of the OPTIONAL group instanced dungeons. There are swarms of people that show up to zerg the copy pasted public dungeons(all featuring a convenient skyshard and 'boss' at the end!), the dark anchors, etc. that might as well be bots as there is never any need to interact with anyone.

It's the least social/social bonding MMORPG I have ever played.

It does have a nice surface. It's aesthetically pleasing, the music is nice, & the freedom to design a character is pretty decent (balance aside).

However, it's a shockingly linear, hand held, predictable, online single player game that is totally void of the substance of a good single player game and replaces that with the substance of tedious "quests" typical of an MMORPG that are done alone. There are some charming and emotional quests here and there, but at the end of the day it's a pretty themepark with short rides that brings nothing new worth mentioning to the table and doesn't beg me to return or to continue paying my subscription.

It still amazes me that so many people attack other people for voicing their opinions but defend a game that you can not deny that is full of things that need to be fixed. I KNOW, I KNOW, it has only been out over a month, blah blah blah, but that does not excuse the fact it still feels like it is in beta. There are plenty things to bust this game about but the thousands of other forums posts pretty much have it covered.

For the people that want to solo play this game? You might as well since the grouping this this game completely sucks as well. I grouped with a friend to V10 and we had to log in/out soooo many damn times due to issues with quests not to mention doing the same damn quest than getting phased right at the end...nice grouping system ESO!!!! before all you fanboys start flaming throw a bucket of cold water on yourself and realize this game is broken in many different ways.

They should have made most of (if not all) aspects of the game w/ grouping and really focused on that. I really thought that was the whole point ESO. Forcing single player aspects as much as they did was a critical mistake imo. That's what other ES games are for.

Maybe after I play skyrim on my ps3

If you like Skyrim, you should definitely try a modded Skyrim on PC. Like unofficial DLCs: Falskaar, Wyrmstooth, Helgen Reborn and Moonpath to Elsweyr which provide each provide multiple hours of content. Best part: you can download them for free.

You might not have a very good PC, but I'm still convinced you can run it with some decent mods. There are even several patches on the Nexus which improve performance/stability for low end PCs.

And on top of that: a team of experienced modders are rebuilding Morrowind in the Skyrim engine. It's called Skywind.
Which will hopefully be released by the end of this year. All for free.

Not very smart are you? Who expects a game to be the exact same as it's beta? Ive been apart of many betas, and the final game has always blown me away, expect this time.

And no I did not decide "Let's purchase this game that I played during it's beta testing period so I can *** about it on their forums" That was never my goal at all. My goal originally was to download the game install it, and play it. However due to so many issues with zenimax and ESO I've had to "birch" about it.

Please go elsewhere to troll kiddo.

You do know that you can interrupt enemy healers by bashing them with your weapon, right? And when you do, it stuns them, allowing you to heavy attack and knock them down.

Awful game design and execution. The most anti social MMO ever made. Grouping and instancing is broken and not viable. Economy is broken since the second week of launch due to bots, spammers, resource farmers, and gold hoarders. Too many broken quests, way too many bugs, way too far to travel from place to place. You get nickel and dimed for using way shrines transportation teleportation and the price of travel goes up as you level. Quests are disjointed from any true storyline and are ponderous grinding unimaginative affairs. Boring, dull, non existent animation and lack of action sequences to go along with all of it. NPC characters are inept and useless in combat and are just there as a prop. Non interactive world where you cannot find or pick up, break, or throw, items that might have been left about in the game world. Just who the f**k designed this game. I could go on and on. This game is a goddamned sh**ty sloppy mess. And they did it all on a budget of 200 million are you fu**ing kidding me. I just reached level 50 veteran rank 1 and all I get for killing the lord of domination and brutality is the same crappy half assed loot I always get in game from regular NPC's. What's that!!! You want me to do it all over again from my ex enemies POV had I landed elsewhere in another faction. ALL without any further leveling or AP points. That's it I'm done!!! FU**K THIS GAME!!! I just cancelled my subscription and if all of you who are still playing who are waiting for things to get better; keep dreaming get out now and quit this ES franchise killer and stop wasting your time, money, and life on this.
