Have to Repair after every patch...

After every patch I get a message about it not being able to unzip (I can't remember the error number) and I have to Repair, which takes a very long time. Is there something I need to do so that I don't have to Repair after every patch? Someone mentioned that I should download the game from my account page...I never did that, I'm still using the beta version and just patched from that, is that the problem?

    I had the same problem few weeks ago, just delete the game and reinstall. It should fix it.

    Id advice you to fully uninstall and install it again from scratch, downloading the launcher from you account page.

    I made it after the beta and some issues I was having (downloads stopping, weird errors, some repairing..) just disappeared.

    In fact I think you could install it to any other sdd/hdd or folder if you dont want to lose the chance to play if it takes too long for you (my complete downlaod took me like 2 hours to complete) as other people said.

    I dont have a "package". With 200Mbps fiber 30GB are dled in roughly 20mins. Blame your ISP.

    Its the best and most probable unique advice he might get. A fresh software install will most of the time work better than a mess of files being updated over the top and loose entries for the last 10 months as a beta player (wich means TONS of updates and hotfixes).

    I am re-downloading right now, I'm getting around 3MBPS and it's been going for about an hour and a half now, it says it's only at 15% but I don't know if that's the download or the whole install...taking a really long time though :/ My internet provider is comcast and I'm supposed to get up to 20MBPS, but that's certainly not happening right now. Oh well, I have no choice now but to wait. Hope it fixes the error, but I won't know for sure until after the next patch.

    Is it 3Mbps or 3MB/s the launcher shows? Cant remember.

    Anyways is the full install what it shows so dont worry about it. I had a very fast last 30% and that was already after installing the big first 20ish GB).
