Are the voice lines from character creation actually in game?

I just saw a thread mentioning character voices and it reminded me of this. I chose the voice for my Khajiit pretty much based solely on the hilariously demented laugh it had. I've not been able to get my character to reproduce that laugh via any of the emotes in game.

So I was wondering, is it even in game or is there a way to use it?

You can do /laugh or /lol. Each time you do it, a different laugh happens, so maybe just spam /lol? I don't think there's a way to get any of the specific voice lines..
