Just wanted to put this out there since I personally haven't seen it posted elsewhere.
Sometimes in a Public "PvE" Dungeon in Cyrodiil, when you get swarmed and die by environment enemies, and you are prompted to either spawn at a nearby shrine or use a soul gem to respawn at the current location- when I hit "E" to spawn at the shrine, for a split second I can hear the enemies make their "aggro" noise, and sometimes even hear them "hit" my character and my character screams/makes a reaction noise just before the load screen appears.
When the loading ends, I am sometimes still dead and prompted to select a respawn method, even though I am at the shrine now. It appears as though my character is "reviving" on the spot, inside the dungeon, and getting killed a second time, as if the game has not yet relocated my charcter before making him/her "in play" or active to receive damage and pull aggro again.
I have verified that my armor is getting two counts of "damage upon death" when this happens. It doesn't happen everytime, but when it does, its a bit tedious since repairs are so expensive.
