this is just funny, ok server just came back up, theres a log in queue, that's fine no big deal, apprx time says 1 sec.....minutes later still says one sec, then i get an error 103 and instead of kicking me back to the login screen, it stays on the same screen, less the info box about login queue and cycles through load screen background pics. you might wanna take a look at this process, gonna alt+f4 and try again

This fixed it for me also, I'm now able to log in.0 -
