In a Queue with a 1 second wait time...

Yeah, I'm in the same boat as you. The weird thing is that I've never seen a login queue before in ESO.

yup Position in Queue is blank and 1 sec wait time = load screen of eternity

Edit: What I mean is I'm using the Mac client. Not trying to imply the problem is with the Mac client.

I'm speaking with many people in Mumble who are currently playing the game,
so the server is in fact up.

However, I'm also experiencing this problem.

Same here. At first I thought it was just load cause the servers just came up but I don't think so now. Most people are at work/school anyway.

edit: I was logged in but I logged out to try to get something working in game.

Same here.. I have been in the que to log in that says the wait time is 1 sec.
I closed the game and restarted it, but am seeing the same thing. It's been over 5 minutes now.. Being a Monday afternoon, the population can't be that large that a que is needed.. can it? ??

Same here, bf in the house playing as I speak. Leaving queue and restarting did not help.

The ones who got in right away are fine, if you waited longer than 30m to get back on, your in this situation.

Same issue. "You have been placed in a queue to log in. Position in queue: <blank> Approximate wait time: 1sec."
Been this way for approximately 15 minutes now.

I also quit the client and launcher completely - did not fix.

i get the same message after being in que aprox 20 seconds. tried 3 times so far

Same, several times now.

EDIT: It appears that my problem was antivirus. I set it to disable for 10 minutes and immediately avoided the login queue and am at the character select screen.

Yup. I've been placed in the same queue too. Perhaps this is a verification method ZeniMax is employing to make sure we're not bots?

Edit: Or...you know...there could be something massively wrong with the servers too after the back-end update. I just say give it some time. ZeniMax sees this thread, no doubt, and are working on a fix now.

Nice huh. They take our money, patch the game and we can't play...............again. Anyone that still has access to the game is a subscriber now unless they bought within the last 30 days as all of the preorder people are sub now and at least 25% or more of them are gone. So why a wait time?
