I think "Everyone" needs to make an effort to quell this issue.

Looked up the job description for "Paying MMO Subscriber" and no where did it indicate I have a responsibility to assist ZOS in administering their MMO platform. Sorry but I have better things to do than be an unpaid GM for ZOS.
Not to mention all the clowns that "report" completely innocent players because their zeal exceeds their common sense. This bot "problem" is fixable but the "fix" needs to come from ZOS not from the subscribers.
No, you just say EVERYONE should .... last time I checked everyone includes me and on that basis I registered my unabashed objection to your "suggestion".I didn't say it said anywhere in your agreement that you have to.
I'm sorry if you can't distinguish between someone disagreeing with your assertions by pointing out reality and "rude, crude or unhelpful".Nor does it say anywhere in your agreement that you have to be rude, crude, or unhelpful.
That's pretty much beside the point since the MMO world is already stuffed with players that are either unable or unwilling to make any effort to distinguish between a player going about perfectly legitimate farming and a bot and thus will report anybody that crosses their path while they're farming what they feel are "their resources" (aka any resource that shows up on their screen). Doesn't help clear up the "bot problem" and just wastes a whole lot of time for people that actually have to read and respond to "reports".I'm not saying report ppl for no reason its pretty easy in this game to notice 100s of bots with asdfasdfasdfwaeradf names.
lol "TROLLOLOL" obviously. Anyhow, im sorry i said "Everyone" everyone who cares to help change the botting problem. Except this guy who cares nothing about the game. That better?

Welcome to the Internet where most people have no reservations about expressing their dissenting viewpoints even if it hurts your feelings.

"Should" =/= "Shall". Everyone SHOULD floss their teeth on a regular basis. It doesn't mean that everyone is required to. Meanwhile, everyone SHALL follow the speed limit...means that there are penalties for not doing so. Should is a suggestion or request, not the imposition of a requirement.
ESO has some very heavy gold sinks early in the game, the 48K horse and the bag and bank upgrades are nice but will set you back 300K.tinythinker wrote: »yenkin2001b14_ESO wrote: »I can't really figure out what they are selling gold for, other than repairs, and the odd guild store purchase I don't buy squat, I guess if someone wants a horse and all purples at every level, then they buy from farmers.
Don't underestimate the temptation to exploit or cheat or take short cuts in video games and elsewhere online. Someone kept sending money to those Nigerian princes. I suspect that many players new to the game/MMOs are particularly vulnerable to being conned or tempted into such transactions, even though they appear very sketchy.

In WOW it was lite to spend gold on at lower levels unless you spent as a drunk sailor in the AH every level.
I think this get people to use the gold sellers.
