Leaving dungeons and trolling the group

Hello there,
At first I didn't think this issue was so big, but I didn't realise that it prevented the 4th person from teleporting inside the dungeon.

This person joined the dungeon and then left the group. She said that she didn't want to heal the group and then started insulting me in PM, I reported her and she still won't leave.
Main issue:
- Someone doesn't like the group so they leave.
- They aren't kicked from the dungeon
- 4th new member cannot get into the dungeon
- This person is now walking around in mist form getting the chests from the dungeon
- Obviously trolling people
- This person knows that nothing will happen and carries on taunting about it
- Insults me directly in PM after she left.
Why can't there be an immediate kick system? This has happened to me 4 times but I didn't think much of assuming the 4th member could join without issues, but it turns out to be the complete opposite.
As a result of this we can no longer progress in the dungeon. I doubt my report will even get any notice that's why I posted it here.
