Is customer support messing with me?
Hello, bought ESO around 24 hours ago and still cant log into the game as i don't have funds on bank account to set up subscription plan and i don't want to buy game time card.
I contacted customer support and they said they will let me play without setting up subscription if i can provide them with answer to one of several given questions.
I decided to give them answer to my secret question and now they replied (not same person i think) that i can use game time card to set up subscription if i have problems using Credit Card and meanwhile i still cant play and they still haven't fixed my issue.
So... why is my issue not fixed yet?
