Charged twice through paypal payment.

Dear ZOS,

I've just subscribed using my paypal account linked to my bank account. And it seems like I've been charged twice for the same amount for 30 days recurring subscription plan. Is this normal or am I missing something?

I'd call up paypal first, because its somewhat faster getting a tech on the phone, two they did some weird billing errors on their end with me before.

They did a weird order of operation error doing a refund. They doubled the refund so they had to take it out of my account but never showed the double refund.

so it looked like the example below:

-100 may 4
-100 may 4
+100 may 4
+100 may 3

when it was suppose to look like

+100
-100

I know for one ESO charged me last month when the game released and then money was refunded back for the free month. And this morning I got this e-mail from ZOS saying that my account rejected the payment for subscription. So I checked my account and there was enough money. Then I logged into my account and subscribed with paypal right after that I saw that I charged twice. But you are right let me call paypal first.

Update; They have returned the money they charged extra to my bank account. Thanks again.
