Loosing cyrodiil buffs all the time

Since last patch i lose buffs from owning keeps castles ect in cyrodiil.
Sometimes relog will fix it. Sometimes i need to go to cyrodiil and back to get buffs again. And few minutes later they are gone.
And that is with noone attacking Our towers as my room mate is in there most of the time so i know whats going on...
Anyone else noticed that ?
