Retaking the Pass, A Month Later, Still Bugged

After reading some posts from early April I noticed that the "Retaking the Pass" quest was bugged ... and guess what folks, it STILL IS!
Managed to get two of the rifts to appear (had to go looking in tunnels) and it somehow closed after I killed a few mobs around it though there was no NPC there. The other one was no where to be found, and I was right on top of the map marker. Had to go out of the shadow zone to get Indaenir to show back up after killing a mini-boss for the quest. Now the quest won't update after a conversation with Bodring.
Have done the log out/in a few times to see if that would refresh them but no luck there. This, this is yet another reason why you will be losing subs, having a level 30 quest still bugged for over a month, not listed on the "Known Issues" with a "green post" ... not as far as I could tell with this wonderful trilingual forum, now there was money well spent.
