Broken Skill Line list

I have three skill line that do nothing at all when you add skill points into them:
Alchemy: (Medicinal use) 3/3 This is supposed to increase the effects of potions by 30%..it is broken and does not add any additional time to potion effects when using potions.
Alchemy: (Snake Blood) This skill line is supposed to reduce the negative effects in postions, at 3/3 which is supposed to be 100% negative effect reducement you will still take negative effects from drinking potions which have negative effects in them...broken.
Provisioning: (Gourmand) 3/3 Increase duration of any eaten food buffs by twenty minutes...It does not work the time still stays at a one hour countdown from when you eat the food (The same as normal)
For people adding valuable skill points into these skill tree beware as as it stands at the moment they do nothing at all. For a game that had been out over a month these bugs which are core to the games skill system should really have been fixed by now.
