Does Backash stack?

Backlash is a Templar skill that makes an enemy store damage for 6 secs then recieve 33% more damage when the skill is done. it makes bosses so much easier but if we have 2 Templars in our party and we both use Backlash, are they stacking with each other or is one cancelling out the other?
