Misleading information on account site

the account page clearly stated i would be billed in AUD

it currently states:

BILLING DATE
You will be billed on June 8, 2014 for $15.00AUD

i was charged EUROS = $22.15NZD

i could have purchased a 60 day timecard which would have worked out to be $16.50 a month NZD



$15AUD = $16.24NZD was the claim so i was going to accept that instead

the receipt in my email stated euros, the website states aud

this is unacceptable

you paid with a credit card correct? Call your credit card company and tell them you didn't authorize a $22.15 charge.

sooo..

nearly a month later i get an email telling me to cancel my sub and resub selecting the new options.

ok update:

for the record, CS came throu in fine style and i was more than sufficiently compensated and am satisfied with the result.
