Zenimax's Motto?

Cthulu

"If it isn't broken, break it. If its good for the players, take it away"

So far what I've seen, this has been your business model. The bugs in the game are still flourishing, but yet you set aside resources to nerf abilities (and don't give the customers back spent skill points for skills you've changed), you remove peoples ability to gain the motifs they would like in order to craft in the styles they like.

I don't understand what you're doing, but its driving away a lot of my friends from this game. Why not commit your resources to fixing this game and making it the fun and enjoyable game it can be, instead of driving customers off in droves?

It happens that I agree with the intent of your post, but too often posters seem to justify their stance with the ubiquitous "my friends are leaving" argument.

Instead of strengthening your argument, hiding behind these ethereal friends weakens it. And it's a weasel term, like when someone feels compelled to end a statement with "I'm just saying," which conveys nothing more than lack of conviction.

And the "friends" clause is equally specious as the argument, "all other games had these problems at launch," which is tantamount to 'everyone else is doing it so it must be okay.'

    I'm just saying >:)

ZoS has adopted the "Sony Online Entertainment" way of doing business....

i thought people learned how NOT to do business from SOE when SWG went belly up(PRE NGE).

"If its good for the players, take it away and say nothing about why, use as little communication as possible, even in the patch notes."
    There fixed it for you.

if you can get people to pay $150 to compete with god-bots in a half-broken beta test for consoles and claim helplessness while you rake in millions in profit from black market traitors exploiting your game and your playerbase then you should do it, why not?

The bots have rendered the game useless. My subscription = cancelled. I know what you're going to say, "In a few months they'll fix it" and I'm sure they will, I'll just save my money and wait until they do.
