129/140 bank space full

Hey

My bank space says 129/140 and yet, when I try to put something in it, it says full???

Sometimes it does say 140/140.

So now im freaking concerned do I lose my mats when it suddenly drops to 129???

    Did you try to relog?

    Did you try to empty the bank?

    Maybe it is a stacking issue?

    I had this happen to me once. I was at 109/110. I blame this addon I have that manages my bank, but I like the addon too much to change it for a one time issue.

    It happens to me all the time. And the stored items that were supposed to be there are invisible, only being avaible to withdraw through some alt.

    This happened to me as well, but I didn't have any inventory or bank related add on. I also had issue where several items in bank disappeared and after some time reappeared.

    OK, I take it back. I removed the addon but now the bank just won't work. Stuck at 110/120. Did they break something lately? My friend has the same problem and he doesn't have the addon either.

    Relogging doesn't help...

    Wait, 140? Can you upgrade more than 110? Or does horse make bank have more slots also? I thought I was maxed out

    Are you switching horses?
    I had something similar happen when i switched from my pack mule horse (lots of bagspace) to my fast running horse. Took me a while to realize that i had overfilled my bank.

    I think I figured this out, at least on my end... On an alt I can see the bank full. So basically my main can't see some items and they don't show on the count either, but the bank knows it is full.
    It would also be in line with what someone said above me - that some items disappeared and then they appeared... my guess is that the items are actually still there...

    So basically, I call this a bug.

    I received an answer for Customer Support. I had not told them my discovery (didn't know when I made the ticket) but they suspect the same thing
    "- It appears that what is happening here is that there are items in your shared bank which have not disappeared entirely, but are also not visible. As such, the items may not be interacted with, but are not gone forever."

    Yeah, this bug is so annoying indeed.
    This can lead you to:
    1. Buy items for researching traits but actually they were already in your bank.
    2. Buy excessive crafting materials.

    I'm in the same boat. My bank has currently 150 slots. All slots are used (bank is full). Each time I go to the bank it shows some random numbers like 97/143, 120/131, 109/120...

    Indeed, stored items aren't lost. It's just random, which of them are shown/interactable...

    I was having issues like this when I had my story trophies in the bank. My other character saw the bank was full but the trophies weren't counting and He couldn't take them out (bag of meat etc.) he could see them though.

    Dayumn, 140 bag spaces? And I thought I was doing pretty good when I reached 100 and only had to hit the bank + vend every 2-3 hours.

    Apparently I'm doing it wrong. :(

    I have been having this problem for 2 weeks or more.
    Changing to a new character does not help.
    I got killed in pvp, nerf everything...

    My alt saw some of the invisible items, but they were items that he had put in the bank. It may be related to that.

    This is due to an addon stacking bank stuff so fast that I don't think the megaserver communicates the correct bank slot amount until a bit afterward. Relog, etc.....give it some time to register.

    Also, disable addons if you can't move on with your life with this.

    Um, maybe in some cases, but not for all of them. I have done all the relogging and restarting and have been running the game free of addons for a while.

    Also, this comment is rude. You don't get to decide what bothers people and what doesn't. Having your items disappear randomly is a legit issue.

    This just happened to me as well today. I have never used or installed any addon. Re-logging does not help. The bank claims it is full at 106/110.
