Fast way to clear out Ignore list

Can someone please tell me a fast way to clear out ignore list. I have full list, and doing it one at a time takes forever. I do have a ui that puts people on ignore, and it has a clear list, but only for ones it puts on list, not from from all the gold spammers at start. Thanks hope someone can answer. Ive looked in files, but cant find a doc to clear out.
