Mail Guild?

Can there be a safe option in game to mail guild members? On initial release I used to mail each guild member individually... However I ended up getting banned for mailing my guild members and now I am very hesitant to send any mail. Where my old practice would be to send a mail to a new member welcoming them to the guild or to send out reminders of guild events or announcements to all guild members now I only do website updates and updates on the guild tab. While these are great it is still a less direct means of communication. A guaranteed safe method to mail guild members (at least for guild leaders / officers) would help in this area. Thanks - M.

For a minute there I thought from the thread title you were looking to make an in game post office guild or something. :stuck_out_tongue:

But, yeah, it sounds like you're getting caught in some sort of spam trap. Definitely something that needs to be addressed so people don't get incorrectly flagged.

Yea but that spam trap can't tell real people from bots or gold sellers it's a waste of time better off just leaving it alone

Guildmasters and officers really ought to be able to mail all members with one button, and not have to fear getting into trouble for spamming. It's all very well putting it on a separate forum, but a lot of small guilds/gatherings of friends only really operate in-game and an external forum would be extra work and possibly expense.

This should definitely be fixed pronto. The banning system needs a lot of tweaking.
