Twice today I've froze

Never had this happen until today I'm dragonknight Veteran 2 almost 3, today I log in and twice today my character has just froze up I can't attack, nor use any ability I can block and use potions but that's it I'm stuck in slow motion as well. No I haven't used dragon leap I don't even have the skill. Just happened today not once in my time of leveling this or my nightblade
