Anyone know what this is Just encountered first time I seen this.

Player running around is some form of swirling mist, invisible and untargetable. They seem to have a shadow but no physical form. (no not vamp mistform) and they seemed to be able to remain this way indefinitely and when I started to follow saying 'show thyself' they ran to a wayshrine to traveled away.

Daverios✭✭✭✭Yea that looks about right. Strange the person was not target-able though. Makes me wonder about strapping this costume on in something like Cyrodil.
