I've seen it too. You have quite the fast capture finger. I captured mine too late when the heads popped back below the surface of the game. This is like capturing a picture of a Sasquatch.

Yeah I saw one earlier, he was moving too fast for me to report but disappeared underground at about 40mph.
They're now wrecking the faction quest areas, I was trying to do Breaking the Barrier in Firsthold (AD) with my lvl 16 earlier today and they were all over the place (all Templars with strings of letters for names) just on a rotation splatting everything in sight. Makes it really hard to get XP for kills. I missed out on a load of XP because there was nothing left to kill and had to go find a quiet area with mobs myself (made sure there was no-one trying to quest there, when someone turned up to quest I left so as not to interfere with their fun) in order to get enough XP to make it to 17 myself so I was not underleveled for the next zone.

I almost preferred it when they were all in dungeons rather than wrecking quest areas that have a lot of enemy NPCs.

It was a big mistake to nerf loot drops and make everything instantly worth more gold (and thus IRL currency to gold sellers) by increasing the rarity, I've never seen anything like it with all the bots about today.

They're already in Cyrodiil. There was a thread about a week after launch about someone teleporting into a scroll temple, grabbing the scroll, then going underground and taunting the players that came to defend/recapture the scroll.

If the botters could figure out a way to make cash with that, Cyrodiil would already be filled to the brims with them.

Now, I know we have lot of problems with the game, but THIS right here - should be the freaking DEFCON 1 for devs. This is not some Jute exploit with beating around the bush - this is not even game breaking. This is something else entirely - like a big red neon sign saying "Your game tested positive for STD".

That's not a bot. That's a player using one of many straight out client hacks that some of these bots are programmed to have.

Unfortunately, it's against the rules here to discuss the specifics. But yeah, player using direct client hacks.

i agree with your general paragraph, however, these 2 comments i admit i struggled with, and i am still to this moment struggling with understanding.

"Beating around the bush" is a phrase that means avoiding the main subject, so I tried to place a joke, becasue I was also talking about the actual Jute bush (in regard to bot farming)

In the latter, STD - sexually transmitted disease, I meant it as an hyperbole like, for example "Houston, we have a problem"

Indeed I may have overflexed my phrase muscle a bit on those two

During US off times there are more Bots in the game than players. Whole areas are just harvested clean. and for every bot we see above ground there are two below ground. I play (Oceanic player) during US off-times and I see dozens of bots each time I am on. I get tired reporting them.
