Guild System Suggestion

As everyone knows, in light of the recent duping exploit, items no longer automatically stack in Guild Banks. I understand the reasoning, and hope a fix is implemented soon. In the mean time, I, as many Guild leaders I'm sure, find ourselves frequently enduring the necessary evil of having to manually extract duplicate stacks of items, stack them, and then re-deposit them to keep the Guild Bank below the item limit. This in turn has caused a problem with the logging system, in that frequently, the sheer number of these changes over-write the entire Guild Bank transaction history. I have a Guild member who has been abusing their bank privileges, and I've been trying to ascertain who has been doing it. However when I view the bank transaction log, the change has long been over-written (sometimes with the oldest change being merely 15 minutes old).

In short, may I suggest a longer Guild Bank transaction history? Or, a way to cache the transaction log locally? Any and all feedback is welcome. Thanks!

Sounds to me like instead of fixing a bug, they just disabled a feature.

If this is going to be the nature of fixes going forward, they aren't going to keep a player base for long. Eventually the fan boys who are denying everything because they are only level 25 will experience this crap and realize that they shouldn't have defended the game so heavily.

Well, I think disabling Guild Bank stacking isn't their end game; it's a band-aid to prevent further exploitation while they develop an air-tight fix. I understand why and I do enjoy the game, so I'm willing to endure it. I'm simply asking for a more robust logging system as the the threshold for deletion is way too short at the moment.

TLDR: I like the game, I just want longer Guild logs.

So you want them to implement something new instead of fixing the feature that necessitated you to want this other feature? Seems logical...

So you'd rather be curt and snide than contribute anything to the conversation? Seems logical...

I would also like to see a longer log as well as the stack fix. but i wondered since the beginning why the log was so short.

I'm not being curt and snide...I'm pointing out that your suggestion is illogical.

You're effectively asking for a bigger band-aid, instead of asking them to heal the wound.
