Can't finish quest

For over a week now I've been trying to finish the quest Breaking the Ward in Marbruk, Greenshade. Seems like all I have to do is "Talk at Bodring at Driladan Pass". But he's nowhere to be found. He's nowhere in Marbruk and the quest marker points towards the wrong exit. He's not by the exist to Driladan Pass and he's nowhere around Driladan Pass either. I have tried relogging and reloading and I have no idea what to do next. Does anyone know anything about this?

Have you tried abandoning quests, then picking them up again?

It's the only way I could have done my factions content. With all the bugs.

Had to do that seven times for a quest once.

I was hoping there'd be another way... If I remember correctly it's one of those quests with lots of content, so I was hoping I wouldn't have to do all that again >.< But then I guess I'll have to if that's the only way to go

I abandoned it. Now I don't know where to pick it up again xD

Sorry. Hopefully, Zenimax will iron out most of these bugs within a couple of months. Sadly, early adopters like us often turn out to be paying, extended beta testers.

Such is the way of things.
