When I think of Nightblade, I think of stealthed assassin that could kill his opponent so fast without him know what's going on. In other words, burst dps should be Nightblade's main feature here...

On a side note, I think Nightblade should be better once the skills are fixed and this depends on how fast ZOS fix them...

The skills and passives need to be fixed, but it also feels like the shadow class line needs you know, actual shadow abilities. I am a vr9 nightblade, probably vr10 in the next couple days and I've seen it all. I lost count how many times I died or let someone else die to our bugs. The dw and bow solo build is doable later on, but you have to heavily rely on CC and use all of your tools (the ones that work). I see DK's, sorcs and even templars just rush in and kill everything most of the time. I've got to work harder...but maybe that will make a better player? :p Now I am just a mishmash of skills, can use 1h/shield (which I do most of the time), resto/destro staff, etc.

Honestly I am going to get to vr10 and probably park the nightblade and pick up an alt to see what it is like to play a class that is working.
