Shadow of Sancre Tor drawbridge bug?

So at first I thought I was just tired as it was late and walked away after 30 mins of messing around with levers then watching you tube videos and still not getting it, so logged off

Now researching it again I am seeing that (from left to right when facing bridge mouth lever 1 2 3 4 ) I was unable to manipulate lever 1 (no E). I did manage to get all levers pointing towards me (once again when facing the levers with bridge behind them), but nothing happened. I was unable to get them to all lean towards the bridge

I now have seen two solutions online (both showing lever 1 as moveable) and in one video the levers all face towards the bridge (it drops) and in another all face the other way (the way I had it and bridge drops)

Brain hurts ... is there an challenge with these levers?

Well if anyone does run into this, it was a bug. Did it again and was able to manipulate the first lever. Easy Peasy

I'm having the same problem - I can't manipulate the first lever. I assumed that was just part of the puzzle, and that it would have be solvable with just being able to manipulate the other three. But there's no way to do it with manipulating three, you have to be able to click on all four. Guess I'm gonna relog. If that doesn't work, abandon the quest and start over.

Update: Relogging did the trick, without setting me back in quest progression. I respawned exactly where I was when I logged out. After that, it took all of 20 seconds to solve the puzzle.

Thank you for the update on getting this quest to work, @Tarwin and @rbenkepub19_ESO! If you both have not yet, please put in a bug report via the in game tools using /bug, which will help us investigate why those levers were being stubborn.
