VAMPIRES wish a SKILL POINTS refund !!

Ok thanks that you fixed a vampire problem in PvP but even if i understand a correction was needed i think it will be also right that people after such big changes get its skill points back for that line. You refunded other skill that changed less heavy then vampire set.

Now people who wish to change to non vampire or just to reinvest skill points in other abilityes have to pay 20 - 30.000 to respec all skills and it is not right!

LOL, those who went FOTM because it was OP now demanding a free respec. after ZOS fixed bugs.

You're now playing the class as ZOS intended it, it's powerful but not OP .. enjoy!

You became a vampire because you wanted to become a vampire. Not because you knew that there was a skill combo that was op/glitched passives, and knew that it will soon get nerfed/fixed. The glitch here was unintentional, skills didn't match the description that was intended. The skills that were refunded however were nerfed, it was made powerful at the start, and thus they decided to change the description of such skills. And thus were offered a refund because of this description change. Its like saying I want a refund because I cant cheat in this game anymore

Ok so this is changes !

Stage 2:
From 20% to 7% vampire ability cost reduction.
Same 25% health regen reduction.
Stage 3:
From 40% to 14% vampire ability cost reduction.
Same 50% health regen reduction.
Stage 5:
From 60% to 21% vampire ability cost reduction.
Same 75% health regen reduction.

Mist Form speed LOWERED over 50%

Many people took this for a powerfull combination BUT if this was in game from beta to 1 month in real game,and player took it for power or for love of "twiglight" is indiferent, it is about principle, if game developer change skill, and it is not same as before, people have right to use its points elswere without spending its game time (money)!

Tell you what I will agree that you should have your points back if you also agree to be rolled back to before you became a vampire. Fair is fair.

In the next update it will be the same as before, they just fixed the bug in the numbers/calculations. Just be patient.

if a vampire does the quest to get the cure i think he will have his vampire skill line removed.
Than he can get vampirism again and retake Vampire skill line but without skills.

As someone who picked up Vampirisim more for the skills and pasives then the reductions to the cost of skills only from the vamp line...
I do not demand a refund.
I don't care about a refund in the slightest.
The only people who would care about a refund are the ones who hopped on the bandwagon for the near godmode in PvP, only to find out that they cant do it anymore now that there has been a balancing nerf.

Demanding a refund cos your glitch exploit was fixed?
You dug your grave by picking up something only for a glitch, now you need to lay in it.

Vampire Stages are a nerf, not a bugfix. A nerf unrelated to the problem, which was stacking of the ultimate, chaincasting it is still possible.

A large majority of vamp players werent 'abusing' the skill line. Just because some players pounded you and many many others into the ground with vamp skills doesnt really translate to all vamps.

In the end, those players knew and understand the mechanics of the game very well, they will find something else to lean towards that people will consider 'broken'.

Its not the players fault the devs couldnt balance out the game either. Balance is terrible, that is why there are such sweeping changes like this.

Other than the massive increase in cost to cast mistform the changes have not really affected me over much. triple nerf to mist was uncalled for.

Actually this is incorrect.

When you cure as a full vampire (or werewolf) - you lose the line, and the skills - but you do NOT get the points you put in back. Nor do you lose any leveling.

If a lvl 10 vampire were to cure and then become reinfected (completing the quest again) - they would become a lvl 10 vampire again, with their skill points intact.

UNLESS - they paid for a full respec and reallocated all skill points in all lines. In which case they would become a lvl 10 vampire again - but they would have to allocate skill points into the skills again.

Gotta love how, two weeks ago, everyone was trying to claim, "no, no, no, really, the vampire stages are utter crap, you can't build anything based on them, it's not worth it."

Now, they change the stages, and everyone's crying, "no, my (completely legitimate, and not exploitative in any way) build is ruined!"
