Can't find the 30th quest in Coldharbour

Comparing my map to online maps of Coldharbour locations... it looks like I have completed all the destination areas. I have done 29/30 quests. Are there any Coldharbour questgivers who do NOT show up on your compass? I don't know what I'm missing. Is there a questgiver in the Vaults of Madness? or is there an area I missed?
