Apparently the one from April 27th that changed times to Monday/Thursday for the NA server...

It'd be even better if they added the announcement in the logon screen as well (under the warning about imperial items), because a few people launch the game with eso.exeTrue, I missed this as well...On to a related topic then, guys, PLEASE use the comment section on the launcher more frequently...things like this maintenance schedule change could be posted there for a few days...
Instead of using that VASTLY important slot (no sarcasm) for news for something irrelevant (make sure you remove items before you delete?), that news blurb section could be used to keep players up to the minute informed and is an IMMEDIATE fix for this type of frustration...

Because it's a good game.
It has a great deal of potential to get even better.
Downtime will be less frequent and lengthy as time goes by.
You may or may not have anything better to do.
