to ban bots you have already lost the fight.
Bots i reported in Alik'r dessert running circle farming mobs, are farming Coldharbour today.
It is totally visible that they are not controlled by a human being, and there are lots of them. They also get blocked/puzzled by occurances that would not hinder a human in the slightest.
They money they have made is already distributed in the goldseller network i suppose.
You can reassure us as much as you want, but, as i said in the may 1st thread, actions speak louder than words, even if they are not discussed.
