Pretty much this. @skeletorz_ESO‌ must have never seen any of those movies ever. I suggest he go watch one, then he may understand the comedy behind the accent and how he reads his lines. or he might find out his mother was a hampster.

It's also not limited to those movies, but is a very old-english accent that is fun to replicate.

My favorite is Prince Maleel al-Akir from the Mages Guild quests.

You need to beat him in the quest Simply Misplaced to get the Wabbajack. But in the following quest Circus of Cheerful Slaughter, Sheo sets him on fire and he runs off failing to light the braziers "My soul's on fiiiiireeeeeeeeeeeeeeee" ... thump ... Made me giggle that

What you said does seem to be in English, but I don't understand what you mean. "The voice actor is horrible." Maybe I'm drunk, because those words just kind of blur together.

Well she is one of the very few NPC's with ties to the Morag Tong, and when they introduce the Dark Brotherhood Story I am sure we will see interactions between the Brotherhood and their Morag Tong Traitors.

Actually the Dark Brotherhood betrayed the Morag Tong. The Dark Brotherhood was a part of the Morag Tong but broke off because of their beliefs. Hence why the Dark Brotherhood is illegal all throughout Tamrielic history where as the Morag Tong is sanctioned for most of history.

I'm a sucker for Darien. I was pleasantly surprised to find him consistently involved in the DC storyline beyond Camlorn and he just keeps getting quippier and I love it.

His dialogue in Coldharbour during the mission to destroy the dark anchors and stop the planemeld breaks my heart. He sounds so resigned after his recurring nightmares and you pretty much can figure out what's going to happen to him. I really hope he's not gone for good and is under Meridia's protection somewhere, hiding away until some future storyline.
