Reignskream✭✭✭✭Depending on what your PC spec's are, and your internet connection and how it all relates to ZOS's servers/computer game.

It's not on your end, it's the game. Don't listen to these guys hinting that it could be your fault.

Of course I'm going to hint at this guys PC specs, what am i a mind reader? Information in this thread about this guys problem is simply: LOADING SCREEN ISSUES, followed along with a small complaint that provides no useful information at all about his current problem. You can't help someone out when their topic/whole thread consists of: "I HAVE BAD LOAD SCREENS".
Even if the issue is fixed, it could be related to PC spec issues still on some users ends, nobody knows until it get fixed and squared away. ZOS knows loading screens are an issue, you couldn't read the other 10 threads and post accordingly in one of those?
