I can't cure my werewolf bite?
I got bitten by a werewolf about an hour ago, I was going to help my wife and do the quest and then bite her, but she was able to log on and get bitten herself. Now, when I go speak to the Priest he does not give me the option to cure it (although my wife does have the option from the same priest). I tried dropping the quest and getting it again as well as relogging. How can I cure this? I want to be a vampire

We were in Rawl'kha talking to the prelate at the same time, the option appeared for her but not for me.

I may have figured it out, while I have the quest to go to the packmaster I do not have the buff anymore so I am assuming I can just drop the quest and I will be ok0
