Everything as much as I can spread it around. Though I have put enchanting/alchemy on the backburner a bit until I completely max out provisioning (only 10 levels to go )

I hate crafting in games because it requires too much effort to gather and/or buy mats to make anything meaningful.

I started crafting in this game until I realized I outleveled the items that I could craft at such a rapid pace it trivialized the need for crafted goods. I just use whatever drops or quest rewards for now. But I'm also only VR2. Maybe in the higher VR content I might need crafted gear but from what I've been reading that's not necessarily the case. Especially with a DK.

Blacksmith & Clothing although I have keen eye in wood and 3rd level extraction in it too so I can get purple/gold drops.

By the time I noticed they weren'tin my inventory / bank anymore they also were no longer available from the buyback function.

I did.. got really lucky with drops and had 3 pieces of a nice set drop and the lvl 46 and higher daedra in coldharbour drop lots of fell hide scraps

Have all crafts, although not all are 50 yet, because why not.
You have 8 character slots that can easily be dedicated to a specific profession each.

Crafting might not be the best, but the game is a month old so you never know.
