[URGENT] Same bug in three different quests that block my progression

Hi,
I'm writing here to report a bug that I've found in three different quests.
The first quest is the one of the Mages Guild "Circus of cheerful slaughter", after reading the book and reaching the designated place it appears the sentence "Kill the Ebonheart Actors" without letting me talk to Sheogorath and then where pointed there was nobody to kill.
The second one, that I've solved entering in a group, is the one in which I have to defeat Sinmur, I wasn't able to speak to Jorund, after killing everybody Sinmur never appered.
The third and last one is "The Weight of Three Crowns", enter in the portal--->arrive to Stirk but I can't talk to Vanus Galerion and the quest tells to me: "listen to the conversation of three kings" but when I get tothe designated point there's no one.
The point is: in all these three quests it skips the talking with the needed character and I cannot go forward. What could it be? What can I do?

nlunknb16_ESOSoul Shrivensame problem with Vanus (with assist from ESO i got it), also with the crowns that never come on there meeting. In the last patch notes, tsjss, it still does not work for me. And Sinmur also never showed
