Veiled Keep Problem

I decided to come back to the Veil Falls quest (I didn't abandon it), but now I can't get entrance to the Veiled Keep. There are no npc's on the island and the door won't open. Should I abandon the quest, and if so, where do I pick it up again please?

I'm having the same issue.
I entered the Veiled keep, after not being online for a while. The quest arrow then pointed me to leave and go somewhere else.
I haven't abandoned any quest
Once i left the veiled keep i couldn't re-enter, has anyone has the same issue, or have a resolution

WookySoul ShrivenOK , i found my fix.
I went back to the island (using the small boat in the docks of skywatch).
I then went to the centre of the island and spoke to Alandare, she was able to give me the quest again
I hope this helps someone.
