BUG: Master of Leki's Blade Broken(Vet 4 area.)

Noone seems to be able to speak with Raifa af-Haba at all, and I don't see any mention of it here so figured I ought to post about it as well as make an in game bug report. The quest icon goes over his head but you can't interact with him. I've done a soft reset, repicked up the quest, reloaded my UI and tried to talk to him during the morning lull, but no dice. Plz fix as soon as you can.

Broke ass bugged in normal daggerfall covenant content as well.
For me and 2 friends. Dropped it and retested in different "instances" was bugged in all of them.

Please address.

Yep still bugged, cant seem to talk to him at all.
Some guild mates of mine said they could finish it, but that was like 2 days ago.

Disappointed that this wasn't addressed in 1.08. I would love to at least see it on a "known issues" list somewhere. I was enjoying this quest quite a lot.

I finished this quest no problem. Perhaps this is not a known issue because it's not actually a bug.

Does this quest send you to the other zone after you finished this?
Cause this is the only quest that i seem to have left (also need 1 more to get the achievement).
And i dont seem to have a quest that sends me to the follow up zone.

Talk to him right after the patch. I hit him up a few hours after 1.0.7 and it worked.

The quest is not required for the completion of the zone quests achievement.

I want to finish it anyway. I've moved on to Bangkorai but will go back whenever it is addressed. I'm rarely able to play immediately after a reboot, as I'm usually at work. So by the time I get home, he's just standing there with the stupid arrow over his head again.

I was able to finish it today, by heading back there as soon as maintenance ended.

I suspect the issue is in the timing / location of the fight he triggers with the students. I was still interacting with him when someone else came up, skipped through the dialog and suddenly I was in combat with the students. Possibly that eventually upsets the timing of things and he stops being interactable.

If they moved the student fight further away from him, that might help a bunch.

Yep, this is much like the 'fight my hunters' that the orc gives you on the starter island or several other 'test' type quests. As soon as the mobs aggro someone else jumps in and attacks and they bug out.
