Object slow loading into the world.

I started playing this game in BETA and untill the 22th of April, I did not have any issues with the game. I left for a holiday and today I noticed that alot of objects in the game, take 5-10 seconds to load in the world.

I do not know why this is happening and I was wondering if someone could help me with this. I tried a fresh install, I did repair, I checked my drivers, but so far nothing has solved this issue of mine. Could it be, that the new patch has changed something?

I always played on ultra setting and that used to be my default, but if I pick the default setting now, I get high setting.

Please can someone help me?

CPU: i5-3570K
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 660
8 GB RAM
Windows 7 64 bit.
I have a 120 GB SSD.

PS: I tried with high setting and I see no difference, the ojects are still loading very slow.

Are you having any issues in other mmos? You could try running a speed test here.

Is it happening in the same areas or just ones you're new to visiting?

I have not tried other mmorpgs, because I have been playing only Elder Scrolls Online since January.

I did not have any issues before the last patch, so this issue is pretty odd. Weird part is, unless I play on Low setting, I will have the this slow object rendering.

So you don't have the issue while on low settings? That is odd because your card is more than capable. If it's not stuttering/freezing or having all out fps drops then your card shouldn't be overheating but I would check it just to be sure.

    I would check:
    1. Drivers are up to date - I know you checked this but check again. Sometimes it takes time for users to report issues and can be a few days before they get an update out if it's on their end.
    2. Disable ALL addons. They can cause some pretty ridiculous issues at times.
    3. Use a program to monitor the temperature of your video card. I use EVGA Precision X. You have to be logged in to download it. I don't know if it will work unless your card is EVGA also.
    4. Try loading up another game that has a lot of distant things it could load if you have one.
    5. If your card is overclocked, consider undoing that.
    6. NVidia Control Panel (Looking for 3D Settings) - instructions below
    7. If running multiple monitors and you have the game set across more than one, try running it just on one.
    8. The usual no virus scanners running in the background type of stuff.
    9. No other games running and minimized! I'm bad for this as I often have 3 games open and forget about the other 2 :)
    10. Toggle Vertical Sync off/on.

    Nvidia Control Panel:
    1. Mine is called NVidia GeForce Experience but I have 500 series cards so yours may be named differently. Right clicking on this from system tray lets me choose Nvidia Control Panel.
    2. Look for 3D Settings
    3. Click Manage 3D Settings
    4. Under the first tab "Global Settings" check your settings. You want to look for things that might be maxed out here that maybe shouldn't be. I don't know what your card can or cannot handle as that's way out of my knowledge.
    5. If you don't want to change global setting, click the "Program Settings" tab
    6. If Elder Scrolls Online is not listed (pay attention carefully to the name if you have other elder scrolls games installed) click Add and Browse to your game location. Wherever you installed the game to, the directory you want is Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online\game\client and pick eso.exe.
    7. Click "open".
    8. Here you can try lowering some settings just for the game. It may take a bit of testing to find one that works or helps. I would start first with making sure tripple buffering is off and just lower some settings one at a time.

I do realize these instructions aren't the best but it's the best I can offer.

If none of these work I would click here. Choose "Technical Support" and "I am having a technical issue".

(*)Make sure you list in detail which steps you've already tried.(*)

Also when you submit it, don't put it in block text. Put the steps you did in bullet format if you can so they can easily read your steps. The easier time they have reading it, the better chance at not having to repeat steps. You can't actually use a bulleted list like on these forums but you can still use Asterisks * and enter to create a list.
